a day in our heads

A Day in Our Heads is a teen-led project built to make space for the thoughts we keep hidden. Through anonymous, diary-style entries, young people share what it’s like to live with mental health challenges; from anxiety and depression to OCD, grief, and beyond. These stories aren’t polished or perfect. They’re honest, vulnerable, and human.

Our goal is simple: to create connection through truth. By sharing what’s going on inside our heads, we remind each other that even in the loneliest moments, we’re not alone. Whether you’re here to read, reflect, or write your own, you belong here.
